We get it — sometimes it’s just not quite right! If you’d like to return something, you have 14 days from the day your order lands on your doorstep to get in touch with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unworn, unused and in its original condition and packaging — basically, just as it arrived. Please pop your order number and reason for returning inside the parcel too.

Anything marked ‘Final Sale’ on the product page can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a fault with the item.

To get your return started, flick us an email at seacoins@hotmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send through the return address and everything you need to know from there. Please wait until you hear back from us before sending anything our way, as we can’t accept returns that haven’t been organised first.

For anything return or order related, email is always the way to go. Our social DMs can get a little washed away, so keeping it to email means we can stay on top of things and get you sorted as quickly as possible.

Return Approval Process

To be eligible for an exchange, return or store credit, the following terms and conditions apply: 

We will inspect the product(s) upon arrival to our warehouse. We will either approve or decline your exchange/return request. Please allow up to 5 business days from arrival at our warehouse for your request to be processed.

  • If your request is approved, we will process the request depending on your choice of return, exchange, or store credit.
  • If your request is declined, the product(s) will be shipped back to the customer (free of charge).

For returns, we will offer a full refund for the item cost, however you will not be refunded for the original shipping fee. You will receive the refund into the same account as how the items were purchased in. You will also be responsible for the shipping fee of the return item back to our warehouse.

For an Exchange, once the return item(s) has been received and approved, we will offer you the option of placing this with any of our products.

The value can be matched with many of our pieces as we tend to keep the same pricing for products that are the same type.

If the value of the new item(s) is less, you will be given Gift Vouchers that add up to the difference owed.  If the new item(s) is more, you will be charged the remaining amount. 

If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or another exchange option.

You will be responsible for the shipping fee on the return item, however, the shipping on the new item will be free of charge.

For store credit, you will be issued a Gift Voucher that is of the same value as the item(s) returned.
