Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
We understand things don’t always go to plan when shopping online. That’s why we offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit with our 30-day stress less policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, return or store credit, the following terms and conditions apply:
We will inspect the product(s) upon arrival to approve or decline your exchange/return request. Please allow up to 5 business days from arrival at our warehouse for your request to be processed.
- If your request is approved, we will process the request. In the case of an exchange, the postage back to the customer is free of charge. Please note: if we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or another exchange option.
- If your request is declined, the product(s) will be shipped back to the customer (free of charge).
Return, Exchange, and Store Credit Options.
For returns, we will offer a full refund for the item cost, however you will not be refunded for the original shipping fee. You will receive the refund into the same account as how the items were purchased in. You will also be responsible for the cost of freight back to our warehouse.
For an Exchange, once the return item(s) has been received and approved, we will offer you the option of placing this with any of our products. The value can be matched with many of our pieces as we tend to keep the same pricing for products that are the same type and of the same finishes. If the value of the new item(s) is less, you will be given Gift Vouchers that add up to the difference owed. If the new item(s) is more, you will be charged the remaining amount.
For store credit, you will be issued a Gift Voucher that is of the same value as the item(s) returned.

Delivery
For domestic deliveries we offer free standard shipping for orders over $200. For orders less than $200 or for express shipping there are additional fees specified on the shipping page when processing an order.
We offer international shipping to select countries - to see if your country is eligible click the drop down menu in the top right corner of the screen. Please Note: We will complete a detailed customs declaration, however the customer is responsible for any import or duty taxes and additional fees when the package arrives to your country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. Please be aware that your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on our site, are in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
Lost Parcels
We do not take responsibility for lost parcels (unless we are at fault) - whether the package being sent to the buyer, or back to our warehouse for an exchange/return. However, we will work with you to identify where your parcel may have ended up.
To minimise the risk of a parcel being lost, we encourage customers to double-check that they have entered the correct address during checkout and provide anything important that us and/or the delivery driver needs to know. The more information you provide the better.
